Chief Complaints
- A 65-year-old male diagnosed as Osteoarthritis of Bilateral knees had persistent pain in both knee joints, more pronounced in the left. - Weakness in legs below the knee joint. - Difficulty getting up after sitting and climbing stairs. - Previous history of cervical spondylitis, vertigo, and neck pain. - Inability to bend the left knee and pick up objects. - Known cases of hypertension and thyroid issues. - Complaints of sleep disturbance.
BMPT Analysis:
- Shoulder and hip misalignment observed. - Drooping shoulders. - Bow legs( Genu varum) with the left being more affected than the right. - Poor walking pattern identified. - Anterior pelvic tilt noticed.
Progress after BMPT Sessions:
- Significant reduction in chronic knee pain. - Improvement in gait and proprioception. - Enhanced ability to climb stairs easily. - Improved capacity to get up from a sitting position. - Reduction of swelling over the legs. - Better strength in the legs. - Pain scale decreased from 10 to 1. BMPTsessions have led to substantial relief in chronic knee pain, improved mobility, and enhanced overall leg strength. The patient now experiences improved sleep and can perform daily activities with greater ease.
