Refund Policy for BMPT Treatment Programs

At HEALTHZIA, we are committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring satisfaction with our Body-Mind Postural Therapy (BMPT) treatment programs. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring refunds or adjustments. Please review our refund policy for BMPT programs below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for BMPT treatment programs may be issued under the following conditions:

  1. The program was canceled by HEALTHZIA.
  2. There is a valid, documented reason (e.g., medical emergencies) preventing program participation.
  3. Refund requests must be made in writing and within the specified refund period.

2. Refund Conditions

a. Before Program Start Date:

Full Refund: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the request is made at least before 7 days, the program start date.

b. After Program Start Date:

Non-Refundable: If more than [Insert Percentage, e.g., 50%] of the program is completed, no refund will be issued.

c. Non-Attendance:

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless a valid reason, such as a medical emergency, is provided and approved by HEALTHZIA.

5. Program Rescheduling or Transfers
